Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026
1. The Service
BullBear.news ("the Site") is an information service that uses AI to collect and analyze publicly available financial and cryptocurrency news, producing market-sentiment indicators (the Bull·Bear Index), summary briefings, and a verified prediction ledger. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing on this Site — including AI analyses, scores, picks, hit rates, and summaries — is investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. AI-generated analysis can contain errors. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and their outcomes; consult a qualified financial professional where appropriate.
3. Content and intellectual property
The Site quotes third-party news headlines with source attribution and adds its own original AI analysis (stance calls, impact scores, summaries, verification records). Copyright in the underlying articles remains with their respective publishers. Analyses, indicators, and data generated by the Site may be freely quoted provided you credit BullBear.news and link to the source URL.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with normal operation of the Service (excessive automated requests, exploiting vulnerabilities, and similar conduct are prohibited).
- Do not mass-copy or redistribute the Site's content without attribution.
- API and data endpoints must be used at reasonable request rates; commercial bulk usage requires prior arrangement.
5. Limitation of liability
The Site does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of its content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is not liable for any direct or indirect damages (including investment losses) arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
6. Advertising
The Site may display third-party advertising (including Google AdSense) and clearly labeled sponsored content. The separation of advertising from editorial content follows our Editorial Policy.
7. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, please contact contact@bullbear.news first so we can attempt to resolve it amicably.
8. Changes to these Terms
If these Terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new revision date; material changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
